General Appointments Fees
We are largely an appointment-based practice so, when possible, it is advised to call ahead to make an appointment or make an appointment online if you are an existing patient. We will always try to accommodate walk-ins as best we can, although there may be more of a wait. Emergencies will be given priority.
Your doctor may not always be available to take your call on the spot; however, our receptionists are always happy to pass a message on to your GP for you. Please let us know if it is an emergency and we will hand you over to a GP or nurse to assist you.
If you require non-emergency medical assistance outside of business hours, please call Sydney Medical Services on 1300 466 347. This service is bulk billed for those who hold a valid Medicare card and a report will be sent to your usual GP. If you require urgent help, please call 000.
To adapt to the circumstances surrounding Covid-19, we may now offer telehealth (phone or video) consultations if you are an existing patient with us. Please note that as of October 1st, 2020 our Telehealth consultation is billed as normal face-to-face consultation. You can book a Telehealth appointment with your regular GP through our reception during business hours. If you are a new patient, please ring us on 9660 6788, our reception team will assist you with your enquiry.
Yes, it is practice policy for every vaccination to be booked with both a GP and a nurse, as Medicare requires all vaccinations to be overseen by a doctor. In most cases, this will be a very short visit with your doctor and the nurse will administer the vaccination.
